Refund policy

At LEROS STORE, we value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for our timepieces.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet the following criteria:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be free of any scratches, marks, or signs of wear on the case, glass, or strap.

  • The watch must be in its original packaging, including the box, protective films, tags, and warranty cards.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Clearance or Flash Sale (these are eligible for exchange only if defective).

  • Watches that have been resized or modified by the customer.

  • Items with missing original packaging or accessories.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged watch for the same model, please contact us immediately.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
